Frequently asked questions
How do I buy from Mercari or Amazon Japan if I live outside Japan?
Use a proxy shopping service like ZilaiBuy. You paste the Japanese product link (Mercari, Rakuten, or Amazon Japan), ZilaiBuy buys it on your behalf, receives it at its Japan warehouse, and forwards it to Canada, the USA, or Australia. No Japanese address, phone number, or credit card is required.

Can I combine several Japanese orders into one shipment to save on shipping?
Yes. ZilaiBuy offers warehouse consolidation (集运合箱): your separate purchases are received at its Japan warehouse and combined into a single box before international shipping, which lowers the per-item shipping cost — often 30–40% versus shipping each parcel separately.
